Tony Cimorelli

Not every hardwood log harvested from a forest is used in a sawmill. To maximize value, sawmills must evaluate the characteristics of a log and determine if it best sawed into lumber.  Many times, sawmills determine that some hardwood logs would be better off used to produce wooden veneers or other specialty products such as white oak staves.

In the highly competitive hardwood lumber industry, being exceptional in customer service is crucial. Attention to detail, the rapid response to inquiries, and a willingness to go above and beyond are all key traits required to drive long-term customer loyalty.
